Diorama progress update
  • Tarmac plates scribed on & painted.
  • Car parking & access roads determined & painted.
  • Taxi lines determined & painted on.
  • Vehicle maintenance building built (needs roof)
Next:
  • Oil stains & tarmac weathering.
  • Addition of grass.
  • Access road (behind hangar & buildings) needs repainting & weathering.
  • Addition of details + trees.

That Phantom model is not a Herpa. It is WAC (World Aircraft Collection)

Thanks -- how strange, most of the WAC birds are the same schemes as the Herpa/Gulliver 200s.... new to this scale, so I guess I'm easily confused. Oh wait, its the Gulliver WAC so Gulliver 200 and Gulliver WAC are the same thing. Herpa is just a completely different maker of 1:200... er, right.

Regardless, I've yet to find anyone stateside that carries the phantoms...
