Gaso.Line ?

Hello guys... !!! Can any one give me any information on where to aquire some Gaso Line armor? I heard that they release many unique models in 1:48 scale... Even figures and battle dioramas... Please if anyone knows where to buy them and at what prices post any information you can share. I heard that this company makes a lot of different machinery. Any one who has pictures ... I would appreciate if you can post them... or any sources of information...

Also, just received the Hobby Master T-55, KV-1, and Centurion tanks... Appreciating their beauty now ...

Any one know what else they are planning?

Gaso.line makes mostly plastic kits which also come assembled. They also utilize Solido chassis and tracks as the basis for some models, with superstructure, turret and other add-ons. I have a Matilda, KV-1, Char B, Type 95 and other tanks from this line and can attest to their generally decent quality, although I had to do some repainting in several cases. The Gaso.line's products tend to be very pricey with some going for as much as $150 and a few really large items coming in higher. In the States, I get my Gaso.line tanks and ACs from The Motor Pool. You might also check Quarter-kit.com, a French company. Once you enter their "store", scroll down the menu on the left of the screen until you get to "collector's models". There, you can see what they are offering, but if in doubt about whether you are looking at a kit or ready-made model, it's wise to check with them, first.

I have a Type 97 from Figarti, however, the Gaso.Line tank is a Type 95 ( Ha-Go ). I bought it some years ago and don't recall the price, but it was pretty steep. I see that the Motor pool has one listed as in stock for a mere $150.

Re: Gaso.Line ?

The Matilda and Panzer III are real beauties. Let me guess...they cost about US$150 each?

I've forgotten what I paid for these, but you are right-----it was a lot.

Those tanks look real nice. The Type 95 Ha Go and Char B look like real keepers.

As I recall, I wasn't pleased by the paint jobs and detailing on these models. For example, the Matilda came in sand all over, with virtually no markings. Also, the Char B was in a German captured flame thrower tank motif in gray without the main gun and some other features. So these are all redos. I don't want to mislead anyone about what they might get from this line out of the box, as it were.

So these would be fixer uppers. Nice work you did on them, they should get you to show them how to put out a good looking model.
