| Re: Noob intro and question about Del Prado Paladin, someone directed me to the Military Diecast 1-72 website, which has pics of many Altaya tanks. Some appear to be very detailed, others less so. Also check Mike's Armour page for additional pics and info. Metal content is important to me. I'd prefer a more metallic model, even if the detail is slightly less than a comparable plastic model. Within limits, of course. Searching for "altaya tank" in the diecast section of ebay will bring up several results, but the shipping costs from Europe to the US are prohibitive, IMO. The more desirable models are usually bid on, presumably by Europeans for whom the shipping costs might be less. | |||||||||||||
