Re: GMP aircraft

I actually was shipped the wrong model from the auction site we have been using to get the GMP's. I won a Petie, and got a Missouri Armada. The cool thing is that when I called them on the phone, they let me keep the Armada, and are sending me the Petie. They were very friendly about the whole thing.

I can take umbrage, I can take the cake, I can take the A-Train, I can take two and call me in the morning, but I cannot take this sitting down. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to take five.

Re: GMP aircraft

This begs the question how sought after are these models? I have the Duchess Arlene which is limited to 1000 yet we have seen a very large number of them go through the site well below retail. The same with MA, Preddy, and even Scott's P-40.

I have had great luck with this site as well. As a matter of fact, they are based out of a warehouse about 75 miles from where I live - I love next day shipping when you don't have to pay for it.

Re: GMP aircraft

A manager called me with a follow up call to say he was sorry for the mix up. I am very pleased with them. Am I allowed to say the name of the place, since it is not bad?

By all means, post the name of the place. As long as there is no direct link to the website it's perfectly alright. The quality service you've received from these folks sounds truly stellar, you lucky feller!

Re: GMP aircraft

Well, I finally was able to pick up Scott's P-40 for a nice price. The same guy has snipered me about 10 times on other models - he must Ebay them because he buys multiples but I can't find a similar ID on the bay - to win it. Now, to pick up a Preddy!
