Re: What's Next For GMP???

Could it be that the folks on the inside stating "Definitely NOT a Corsair," are just trying to get us off the scent?

Re: What's Next For GMP???

I have no idea...But a F4U Corsair would be a big money maker for GMP to build one for the collectors i think.
I'm still hoping they will decide to make one.

Yes, it would! Personally, I'm somewhat puzzled by the decision to release the P-40 as type #2 in the catalogue, and would think the F4U would have a wider collector/consumer following. Besides, they need a model that was driven by those who wore salty wings.

Re: What's Next For GMP???

I agree with Tophat. If they do a Corsair, I am sure it will be awsome. I would love to see them do a Marine's Dream.

Re: What's Next???

I just got off the phone with GMP and....
As to the next casting, that information was "Top Secret".

How long will they keep this information top secret! Enquiring minds want to know...

I would love to see a P-39, Corsair, or F-86.

Re: What's Next For GMP???

Corsair would be nice, for me "White 167" from USS Bunker Hill. Better still a FW 190, not worried too much about which type but an A4 would be great. Loads of colourful scemes to choose from.

Out of interest doe's anyone know how many releases a year GMP have. For instance the 4 that are/have been released ie P51 BBD,Marie,Aleutian Tiger etc... are they for th year or first half?

Received my BBD from the States the other day and it is superb. Sits great in the European diorama!
