Fascinating article on flying the Griffon-powered Spitfire Mk. XIV

I just read an article in the November/December 2006 edition of Warbirds International by Bruce Lockwood about preparing for and flying this beast. Absolutely fascinating. Gave me a new apprexciaation for this version, and a really well-written account by a pretty fair pilot. Plus some nice shots of the Mk. XIV owned by the Museum of Flying in Santa Monica in Sunny California.
