Very cool. I'm amazed that the tracks on the T34 turned without a problem after being underwater for years. Wonder how it got there.

Wonder how it got there.

Don't know, but I'll bet it all started with some Einsteinian young soldier saying "I got an idea, let's see if this thing'll float"..

It was actually in a swamp.. The peat moss and mud acted like a protectant to keep everything as when it was lost.. There are many more instances of tanks being found in swamps/bogs.. There were some pics of a StugIII also found in the same area posted a while back ago..
