Any P-39s in 1/144 or 1/100?

Are there any diecasts/plastic models/kits of the Airacobra around? In 1/72 there are sevral, but in smaller scales...?
I wish Takara/Bandai would produce one in 1/144. I got a Revell kit in 1/144 but someone told me it is a rarity so I don't want to touch it.

There is a P-39Q diecast model from Atlas (France) in 1:100 scale.

They have been out of production for several years and are difficult to find.
