Re: Cool Scheme of the Week

I recall one of our members doing that paint scheme on a spare IXO P-38 that he couldn't stand to look at Came out pretty nice.

Re: Cool Scheme of the Week

I would love to see this one too......
However, I don't want to see another silver painted or polished T-Bolt, it just looks fake. I would really like to see an aluminum "clad like" paint used on the next silver T-bolt model. Something like the paint used on the Corgi B-17 "Sentimental Journey".

I for one love the mirror like 'polished' look on my Corgis - P51s Creamer's Dream, Shu Shu/Chuck Oh and the Eagleston P47 . I have them all flying in formation next to my wheels down Sentimental Journey B17 which is truly one of Corgi's best works to date - the 'paint' vs 'polished' look actually complement one another quite well on display .

One sheep to rule them all ...

Thumbs up Re: Cool Scheme of the Week

Great idea! I've already seen a couple paint schemes that I would gladly purchase. It looks like the Admin is cool with it - and has some great paint schemes of his own. Keep 'em coming.
