Good show, I read Saki's book years ago, great footage, and nice die-cast.

Life is good.

Oh, ya think so, do ya?....well let me tell you it ain't so great when a certain someone builds a thread to get me all pumped up over a show that I'm sure I would really like to see... "Don't forget Thursday night" he says. Then he has the unmitigated gall, the pompous audacity to come on here the day that I'm not supposed to forget to watch, and gloats about what an absolutely freakin' great documentary he just finished watching!...."Sorry for the air date mess up, gents", like it's no big nothing. That's okay -not a problem..I just cleared my Thursday night calendar so that I would be all ready for this epic event. I had to make up lies and everything...Now what am I supposed to do tonight?..Watch more re-runs of the Andy Freakin' Griffith Show?.
Oh, yeah...life's absolutely wonderful.... as long as your name is flyXwire, or STARMAN, or meskary, or any of you other smelly hedgehogs who didn't take fly(the dweeb) at his word and watched it on Wednesday night!...

I hate you guys.......................

M*A*S*H is always a good choice and is on somewhere all the time.

I can take umbrage, I can take the cake, I can take the A-Train, I can take two and call me in the morning, but I cannot take this sitting down. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to take five.

Re: Don't forget this Thurs night on PBS

I had the stickey note on the TV and everything and then missed it. About 9:30 I remebered and stomped upstairs to flip on the TV and bitch and moan. I even had the right night but oh, somebody had to take out daddy's DVR and put in Thomas the freakin' Tank Engine and screw it all up! Luckily I get 2 pbs stations and the Detroit one replayed both between 1:30 AM and 4:30AM. I wasn't real happy about staying up that late to push record but, then again, what's a little sleep. The Hellcat vs. Zero show was stonking good!

Hey Skunkyfficeffice" />>>

Don't get all mad at me, I actually didn't even pay attention to the Thursday thing. I was lucky that wifey fell asleep early and I had full control of the remote. Being a guy and just surfing the chanels I stumbled across it. So if I would have read the forum last night my eggs would be in your same basket, reruns of NOVA or whatever else they show on PBS most nights.>>
>>
One thing to be said, they usually broadcast the shows more than once.>>

Re: Don't forget this Thurs night on PBS

Bummer. Oh well it'll be on again sooner or later like they say. It's just a TV show after all. I guess I can watch Ugly Betty instead...

True...but I wasn't going to check those until it got to the day that my good friend, flyX assured us it was going to be on...Why would I have checked in advance? I had no reason to think he would deceive us. I had complete faith that he was leading us on the correct path...I bet if he was born in an earlier era he would have been the commander of Flight 19..

fly, you've ruined my life for good.......
I hope you're satisfied,you...you hedgehog!.... ...flyXwire...
