Does any one know if the P51B 43-24823 ( Berlin Express ) which is the aircraft Gemini are due to release in January ever carried Old Crow Markings? Before Lt William Overstreet this airframe was issued to Bud" Anderson.Was hoping if Gemini were to do Berlin Express it would have been 42-103309 the C model as I do like the train motif painted on this airframe.

Don't know about the OC Question, but I agree on the preference for that profile you posted -- that's one of my favorites... maybe they'll do it later!

I dont hold out much hope of that! Have found out that Bud Anderson did have 43-24823 Marked up as "Old Crow". So Gemini please do a bit of weathering on this A/C as the real thing must have looked well used. Another pic of the one I want

Old Crow P-51B serial number 324823.. the one with the malcolm hood was given to Bill Overstreet and repainted Berlin Express after Bud Anderson finished his first tour with it.
I think it was used later by the 357th Clobber Collage pre-combat training unit when they got new P-51D's for everyone in the squadron.
So that be cool if they make Old Crow P-51B of Bud Anderson later on

Thanks for that Starman, Lets hope Gemini will add the Malcolm hood on its release. WW43-24823 meet its end in a Landing accident 30 May 45 While being flown by Lt. William S Davis marked as B6-I.
