Cool Gemini Aces Phantoms

Hands up - who's ordering one or both of these

These pre-pro shots look nice - I think the RN version will be on my shopping list but I might wait for a grey / green version of the FGR2.

This is GARNS4001, a FG1 in Royal Navy 'Silver Jubilee' markings.

The second release is a Model Zone commission, GARAF4002, a FGR2 - XV497. Based on the RAF 23 Squadron, 1435 Flight aircraft as based at RAF Mount Pleasant from 1988-1991. Now at RAF Waddington as the gate guardian.

Take it out and play with it

Re: Gemini Aces Phantoms

Is this the same Omega Bird FM did in 1/48?

Re: Gemini Aces Phantoms

Is the Omega an actual picture of the diecast model. It looks fantastic! I'll get that one. Dont think that they are up for preorder here yet...?

Where did you get that picture? Is Gemini posting news on these?

Seems to me the picture came from their (modelzone.co.uk) site.

Can we try with real bullets now?

Re: Gemini Aces Phantoms

To be fair to GA the only photos released are pre-pro's and we can only hope that with Gemini's track record the end result will be worth it. I will not commit to buying until they are out & i've read the commentary from the DAF guys

It's about $1.00 to 0.54GBP

Here's a great site to keep up with the exchange rates:

Re: Gemini Aces Phantoms

I still like some of the Corgi F-4s so if this is about like that and the color is on, I'm fine with it for the right price. Panel lines always look worse under
zoom photography.
