Re: NEW 1:72 GeminiACES May Release

Damn, you guys are fast! Looks great. I remember Hworth doing an EI like this and I always thought it was cool. I like the captured ones and for less than $70 which is what the Corgi Stuka gets. This is a must have for me. Good on you Gemini!

Now, it is a bit pricey at $35 plus shipping ($44 with a single item purchase) but I will make it my mission to find the best deal and pass it along. My goal is something just less than $30 and free shipping. Give me a few days...

Re: NEW 1:72 GeminiACES May Release

A captured 'Stang painted up in the evil livery... oh, it pains me to look at it. Poor bird. I shall avert my eyes.

When I saw the thread title I thought, "Yeah Baby! Finally news on the new toolings!" I am now deflated. And my deflation is further exacerbated by seeing this beautiful bird in the evil colors...

Different look to this one. I have seen some captured P-51Bs with OD or natural metal finish. Curious as to what the fuselage color on this one is.

Well I'm glad to see Gemini getting in on the "Captured Eagles" game and for me this may be a rare pre-order - I like it!

Pete's Collectibles has them for $41.99. I'm waiting to see if I can find them for cheaper.
