Re: Lt. Francis W Horne 352nd FG / 328th FS Bodney,

Hi guys

Unfortunatly we are not going to be receiving the snoots this month as planned. As you can gather this is just as frustrating for us as it is for our customers who have ordered this model.

as you can see from the email i received late today, this model is still going to be released, but their will be a delay. how long we do not know at this time!!

--------------------------------------------------

Dear Jamie & Toni.

To follow up our earlier conversation, here is how we stand and apologies that we have put you in this situation.

Although I assured you that the Mustang had indeed shipped and should have been clearing customs this week, it has become apparent that this is not the case and we are still awaiting delivery. The problem is down to a logistical mistake in China, all manufacturers are having problems with moving factories and trying to keep down the cost of production, I'm afraid the curse has just hit us on this one.

We have in the past done "literally" millions of pounds worth of business with the principle of the company arranging this model. We have always been happy with his honesty and commitment to seeing the deal through to the end. As long as you still want the model, which you have indicated that you do, then I don't expect this deal to be any different, the company will come through, we will come through for you, I have shaken hands on it, that's our promise.

I have cancelled the invoice for the goods, and will try to keep you in touch with further developments.

I can assure you that this is not an "Aussie Mossie" situation, you'll get your models at the agreed price and you are going to have to wait a bit longer.

I'll keep in touch and let you know when I find out a new shipping date.

Apologies again, the dent in our sales amounts to the reversal of one invoice, I guess your work will be rather more involved!

Please give me a ring if you need further clarification

----------------------------------------------------

Remember this is the most limited GA to date with a massive production run price

All we can ask is for all of us to be patient as this will be a great release at a great price.

For those who have paid the model we will be in touch soon. Those who have not paid the balance do not worry your order is still active.

all the best

Jamie

Re: Lt. Francis W Horne 352nd FG / 328th FS Bodney,

Well that's a bummer. Sounds like the model has not even been made yet. We get to wait some more, no biggie it will be all the more welcome when it does arrive.

I just wrote them about this. Good news that it is not sold out or cancelled.

It's getting cheaper every day. Sorry to my friends in the UK.

One mans loss is another mans gain Parsig, I am glad you guys can get good deals again from over the pond.
Shipping is still the killer but every little helps.

I am eagerly awaiting said model and I think its well worth the wait, it looks like an oustanding model.

What a zinger! Man, the thought crossed my mind to disparage poor old Jim like that but you actually did it.

Well done.
