Unhappy Re: Lt. Francis W Horne 352nd FG / 328th FS Bodney,

Anything new on this models Gents? New pictures of the model?

It was supposed to be out by this month, but according to Jumblies the release has been delayed:

P-51B Mustang “Snoots Sniper” – Lt. Francis W Horne (Pre-order)

"Unfortunatly due to problems in China our model is going to be delayed, we are awaiting further confirmation on this and shall advise as soon as we have further information.

Got the Jumblies newsletter today and they expect a 1-3 month delay...

Can we try with real bullets now?

Smile Re: Lt. Francis W Horne 352nd FG / 328th FS Bodney,

Go here: Gemini Warbirds North American P-51B Mustang (Jumblies Models Special Commission) - Page 6 - The Diecast Aviation Web Site and Forum for an update from Jumblies Models.

Included in the newest information update are three pre-production photographs and a possible release date of October-November this year.

They must have had a hell of a time working with the Chinese manufacturer/factory to get it right if they're this late on a release!

However, I seem to remember that the "Princess Elizabeth" took a while to get to Jolly Old England - I certainly hope the new Flying Tigers Bf 109F is on schedule.

Re: Lt. Francis W Horne 352nd FG / 328th FS Bodney,

Great to finally hear some news from the manufacturer. I believe this will truly be a great looking bird once all the issues are addressed (talking about the pre photos with redline comments).
