P51b & C

These are my favorite models in 1:72; My only complaints are the stands which I posted about earlier (and had some excellent suggestions for fixes) and the air intakes.

It seems to me Dragon is the only manufacturer that gets the air intakes right; at least on their P51D's.

There are 2 air intakes (I think the smaller flap is an intake) one large intake and one smaller.

You can see the air intake on the GA's P51's but I don't think it is pronounced enough where as the Corgi intakes (P51D's) are too pronounced (the larger intake) and too small (smaller intake).

I know this is picky and I still love my GA's P51's.

Re: P51b & C

Welcome Airblake! I love my Gemini P-51s too. They are nicely detailed AND fill a gaps in my Mustang collection.

Flexibility is the key to airpower.
Indecision is therefore the key to Airpower.
