Re: Plagis Spitfire

I can only agree with the posts before this is one of the best spitfires in 1/72 scale. I got mine today and the model is truly amazing. Only the "Donald Duck" from Corgi can compare to that model. "Plagis" is now the showstealer in my collection.

Thumbs up Re: Plagis Spitfire

I've finally gotten around to unpacking, assembling and photographing the four die cast models I ordered from TFM in September:
The Plagis Spit, a real gem; the P-51B "Berlin Express", love that Malcom hood; the P-51B "Ferocious Frankie, fought leaving its Gemini womb all the way; and HM's John McCane's A-4E. All beautiful renditions of great aircraft. and worth every dollar I spend on this hobby. Skunky got it right: buying a well-made, accurate model beats the hell out of messing with the plastics. Been there-done that. All four pics will be posted tomorrow.

Re: Plagis Spitfire

My local store has just re-stocked the Plagis Spitfire at a new lower price.
