Delays in Phantom and Skyraider release

Just picked this up from the UK forum

"Following various conference calls with the USA and Far East it is clear the projects for the new Phantom and the Sky Raider are not proceeding to plan. As a result we have re scheduled the first releases of these two models to February 2008. Please let your forum members know that this is now the new date.

No new releases are planned until these two projects are back on track."

Well this sounds like we will not see anymore Gemini releases this year then.

I think the only one that was due out was the Messerschmitt Bf 109F
Luftwaffe III/JG 2 of Hans von Hahn in Oct.

As long as they get it right I'm cool with it. I also hope the first Skyraider isn't the one with the blister under the belly. As far as the F4 goes, I'm holding out for the US birds anyways.

I would take this as no more new releases that have not been announced. THat one should already be done and dusted and ready for despach from China by now.

I'm not surprised about the delay in the Sky Raider's release. When such big birds get pregnant they take 18 months to gestate.

Seems like it will. I don't even think we've seen artwork on the MK1 Spits yet...?

No problem here, if they are are up to the rest of the Aces collection standards then I think the wait is worth it!
