They'll charge the model to your credit card at whatever the local currency amount should be (ie. UK pounds amount, plus freight). Your credit card company will then convert it to your own currency at whatever the present exchange rate is.

Converting from Dollars to pounds is not the responsibility of Flying Tigers, and not it should be. The Credit Card company will handle this.

Flying Tigers will charge your card in pounds. The card will then convert as of the curent exchange rate. Unless you paid for it when you ordered it (which I doubt) then you will get hit by the current exchange rate.

Well, duh (on my part) that makes perfect sense. In the case of my other pre-orders from overseas I paid at the time of the order.
