| All in favor of a Malcolm Hood for the next P-51B I don't know about you all, but I'd like the next one / two Mustangs to be equipped with the Malcolm hood. I can think of one I'd really like so equipped, Old Crow. But there are some other Mustangs out there with this cockpit that look great and have yet to be done. There are already 2 B/C Mustangs with the Malcolm Hood (PolishRAF and Berlin Express), but to be honest, I prefer the birdcage..  | ||||||||||||||

The birdcage looks better with the antenna mast. The Malcolm hood is just wrong with the antenna mast. Hopefully if they do another Malcolm hood, they will fix that little problem. | |||||||||||||||

| Re: All in favor of a Malcolm Hood for the next P-51B A valid point Shawn - the Malcolm hooded Mustangs are under-represented - something I just realised myself in looking at the Gemini's in comparison to Corgi's first P-51B/C release.Though I like the look of the birdcage better, I hope GA does a Malcolm next. | |||||||||||||
