Arrow franklin mint screws

hi every one. just joined. i read that one of the member is having a problem with the screws. the problem is crossed threaded .hold plane lift on screw sometimes it comes out easy. be careful not too pull to hard. will chip the paint personal exp . with many . sent some back because of damange . my computer skills are bad. when i figure out .how to post pictures i will . but i collect p47 thunderbolt fm corgi dragon wings have all fm p47 some from armour thank you

I have a problem with them... not how to remove them, but that they are there, exposed, in the first place...

Welcome to the forum kdiecast, only have a couple of FM models and have yet to have any problems with the retaining screws on them.
 

Brewster Buffalo, Hawk 75A, Fokker D.XXI, Polikarpov I-16, Fiat G.50, Macchi C. 200, PZL P.11c, Fieseler Fi 156 Storch ,,,, now those are real planes.

I have a problem with them... not how to remove them, but that they are there, exposed, in the first place...

Seriously, Elmer, can't you just 'plug' the holes with a piece of eraser/plastic and add a dab of paint ...

Seriously, Elmer, can't you just 'plug' the holes with a piece of eraser/plastic and add a dab of paint ...

Or possibly fill them with Elmers Glue and repaint.
