Hello guys...

I had luck in 2007... I bought ...4... 1:100 airplanes Armour Collection by Franklin Mint at Wal Mart!!! ... F-4 , F-15 , P-38 , Me-109... This was all I could get that was left when I got there... I guess some smart collectors got the other more valuable models before me...

Has anyone heard any information on their 1:100 plane line? Or, do any of you know what other models they have released so far.... Are they still making them or not?

I checked the Franklin Mint website and did not find a section for this scale... Anyone know where these are sold?

You probably found them on a clear out rack.?? Those mentioned plus the Blue Angel F-18; Bader's Spit; a P40 some helos; an F-14; F-16; P-51 were available. Check other WaL Marts. Clearance racks,... sometimes in with the plastic models. I found them in several stores from WNY to NC. Have seen them as low as $7.50, sometimes $14.49.

Also known as CDC there were probably a couple of hundred issues as well as pilots helmets and sets.
There is a thread here on CDC aircraft,... check it out ,...... used to be some good pix there. Basically hard to find but they do pop up from time to time.

In my area all the Wal Marts were cleaned out as soon as they appeared...

There are some still in stock if you search around different retailers... and ebay has 'em quite often for great prices, too.

I don't think Fm is still making new ones, but I might be wrong about that... anyone?
