Nice Pics MF. By the way, was this part of your mandatory military service?

I see that you have a few Swiss Hornets that I'm still missing. If only I could find them!!!

Oh well...

I don't read german, but from what I undertand J-5236 is still a limited edition???

Re: Swiss hornet B11E114

Some cool pics there guys. I've not collected 1/48 until recently and have no jets. This one looks quite good.

... yeah you're right the J-5236 is limited to 150 pcs and
like these country series are limited to a small production quantity ...
a pitty that they don't put a small plate on the model.

Yeah, 3 weeks swiss army every year at Payerne airbase... always nice to spot the hornets

The last three swiss models I found (J-5238, J-5235, J-5004 and a second J-5018) was all by luck ...
as usual be at the right place in the right time.

Arwico, the swiss Armour / FM dealer shows only one other number I don't have ... the twin-seater J-5233 ...
see here what I've scanned for you, a folder with the old models ...
(strange that my J-5004 is not in !!)
... and a pic during the airshow AIR04 with the J-5233...

cheers, M.F

Thanks for the picture of the Hornets! I've looking for something like that quite a while now.

Funny thing is, I've been in contact with AWICO and they told me the total production run for the J-5236 was 180 pieces!

So I am missing the J-5236, J-5004 and the J-5233 (I don't even have the part-number on this one )

If anyone is looking for a J-5018, I have one NIB. PM if interested.

Cheers,
AA
