They more than likely picked a date to model the aircraft after, and at that date, it may have only had that many kills. Mine will be here tomorrow. I can't wait. I also have a Putt Putt Muru P-38 with it, and some other stuff.

Ha, you're right....how'd they miss that?

SHOWTIME 100 never made it back from the mission during which kills #3, 4, and 5 were achieved, hence it was never painted for all five victories.

Nice catch, RJ...Right you are...It would be bogus indeed to have 5 kill markings on her...

They didn't miss it....It never had all 5 on Showtime 100.
Only two kills were on the F-4....
I want my Showtime 100 to look like that because it's cool...
Plus there is a Showtime 112 with 5 kills on it on display at
the San Diego Air & Space Museum.

Oh that was nothing ....They have far more stuff there then what i showed.
This is what it looks like once you get there to the front door.
