Anybody Owns an FoV 1/32 UK Infantry Tank Mk II

Does anybody own an UK Infantry Tank Mk II (#81001) from FoV's Enthusiast Series? Any comments?

I've seen it on the internet but am still deciding whether to get it or not. I own two FoV 1/32 AFVs so far - M3A2 Bradley (#80202) and King Tiger (#80401). While I'm generally happy, I can't say that I am thoroughly impressed. The finishing is not as sharp and the weathering appears fake on parts of the model. Generally, I don't mind it if the model does not come with any weathering or if it looks clean like a toy (like some of the stuff from 21st Century). But I am particularly peeved if the weathering is not done properly. In fact, there's there reason why I only have two FoVs in my collection.

However, since no other manufacturer has produced an UK Infantry Tank Mk II, I am quite keen to get the one from FoV. Would appreciate any comments on it. Thanks!

I assume you are referring to the FOV Matilda tank, I have this version. I think it has nice light weathering

Thanks! A picture paints a thousand words. Actually the Mk II I was referring to comes in light blue/desert camouflage (#81001). Yours is the #81301. But all the same. The photo looks awesome. Looks like I have made up my mind to pluck it off the internet.

The FOV Matilda is great looking model, just wish FOV would do the Crusader too.

I will take some photos of my own Matilda sitting next to my second-issue Forces of Valor Grant tomorrow.

I did have them displayed with FoV British infantry, but they just look too ghoulish - might have to get rid of them, they're hideous compared to the Dragon Can.Do German infantry.

Mine are still in the box, they look like cartoon characters with arms like Popeye.

I really like the FOV Matilda. Until I actually had one, I didn't find them particularly appealing. I'm still holding out hope that FOV will scale it down for a 1:72 release, and scale up their 1:72 Churchuill for a 1:32 release!
