OK- tanks are not my thing so need some help. We just had the hardwood floor in our house re-done and the guy who runs the operation liked all the diecast planes but asked about tanks. He wanted the largest M3 tank he could get. I found the 1/32 FOV tanks but before I recommend he spend the money on one how are they? He specially wants the US version, not the British one. Also where is a good place to buy it? Flying Mule and Badcat have it but since we are in California that means sales tax- anyplace else I should look at? Were these ever at Target/Toys-R-Us/Walmart?

Sorry! I meant 81311 - I forgot that they were releasing a new 1:72 version this year.

D'oh. Yeah, I've only read positive reviews about the 1:32 version.

I mainly collect British armour, with the ocassional 1/16 Tiger or upcoming 1/16 Sherman thrown in

Ive got the El Alamein UK Grant, I think its a nice diecast. Im not real taken with the FOV aircraft, but I do like their 1/32 armour
