Timbo,
Hey there.

I don't think they are available in the states yet. from reading between the lines, it might not be till 2007. (The later is purely conjecture. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.)

Some of the 2006 Forces of Valor 1:72 vehicles are available in the US, though some still haven't shown up yet.

Legio,
Really? Awesome. Which ones have you tracked down and if I'm not being pushy, what part of the country do you live in? I'm wondering how long it might take for them to reach over here to the L.A. area? Thanks

I have the 1:72 Grant, M3A1 Halftrack, Russian T34/85 and Su-122. They are available through hobby shops, online retailers and Ebay in the US. They haven't arrived at Target stores yet and I've heard they most likely won't be available there until 2007.

The whole line is/was available in Germany. Time for new stuff!
Right now I'm holding the new Grant in my hand, with an extremely unbent barrel
Nice addition is that little plastic something that you can place on the rear of the tank. I wish SOME BIG FAR-EAST MODEL COMPANY would starting adding these little things to their releases as they come in really usefull when making little dioramas.

I was out of town on a job and checked out Toy's R Us in Chico,Ca and saw a whole set of Forces of Valor items there in all scales
on the shelves. They had a very big selection of items with more boxes on the floor. They were still stocking them as i left.

Interesting news as most of the TRU don't tend to stock much in the way of FOV, as a matter of fact, the last items they stocked were the 32nd P51, and the Tuna Boat/Paladin/MLRS trio. Don't check as much as I should, so perhaps I should given the report above.

Re: New 1/72 stuff - where is it???

The whole range is available in the U.K. Here in Scotland I bought 3 U.S. half-tracks, but when I saw the 251 Hanomag ( Stuka zu Fuss type ) I flipped and bought 6 of them on the spot! It is a classic, brilliant little model. They cost £8.99 here, so work out the price for yourself.

My prediction is that the 251s will fly out of the shops. Wait till you see it and you'll know what I mean!

happy hunting!
