Question about the 1:32 Challenger ref 80019

Please let me know if this " protection skirts" indicated by my white arrow are métal, or removable plastic ?

I have one in my collection. The skirts are hard plastic and NOT removable.

Looks to me they are an integral part of the mould for the entire side/track protection package. You'd need to cut them off to remove them, and it won't be easy because they are not as thin as you'd think. But feasible.

But they are rendered pretty good on the model (better than that picture would make you think) and are often used on the real thing, so I don't mind them as they are.
