Re: 1:32 Elefant ?

Now that would be a good looking addition to a collection.

Re: 1:32 Elefant ?

The Elefant looks very nice. Looking forward to them next year. Why they choose the Italy version and not the Kursk version?

We're the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our Great War's a spiritual war... our Great Depression is our lives.

Re: 1:32 Elefant ?

Because at Koursk, it was not Elefant but Ferdinand: In September 1943, after Koursk battle , all surviving Ferdinands were modified by addition of a ball-mounted MG 34 in the hull front (to improve anti-infantry ability), a commander's cupola (modified from the standard StuG III cupola) for improved vision and the application of Zimmerit paste. These improved vehicles were then unofficially re-called Elefant, and this became the official name by Hitler's orders 05/01/1944 .
