| Re: The mule has some new 1/72nds coming this year I've known about this release for some time - I had no idea when they were going to be released though. I don't know if I'll even think of buying a FoV P-51D in 1:72... not unless it's comparable to my Dragon P-51Ds. Besides, look at the picture - it looks like they won't be putting the nose art on it, just like they did with their 1:32 release of the same bird. Why the hell wouldn't they? I've always wondered... "Cripes A'Mighty" is a famous bird, and Preddy is a famous fighter pilot. Why slap his name on a box containing a bird that doesn't have the proper nose art? | |||||||||||||

| Re: The mule has some new 1/72nds coming this year I'm looking forward to these new FoV planes. If they are anywhere close to last year's P-40 and Zero as far as quality, then I'll definitely be getting at least one Mustang and one Spitfire. I'm also planning on getting their Me 262 - I really like the all gray color scheme. The new B-25 and B-26 are also on my list of planes I am interested in getting and can afford. When I compare price and quality of FoV's offerings to the more "major" manufacturers, these less expensive models aren't so bad. I'm sure the P-51 won't compare to Dragon's or Gemini's Mustangs, but I'd bet they give Corgi's D Mustang a run for the money and they'll cost lots less too. | |||||||||||||
