Re: new FOV 1/32 Spitfire

I hate to bad mouth any diecast, but do yourself a favor and avoid the FOV 1/32 Spitfire, Mustang and BF109. They are all sorts of level of awful.

I had a Spitfire 1/32. I think I found an excuse to return it, otherwise it was going in the dumpster.

Drop the extra bucks and find yourself a Corgi.

Anything for a weird life.

Re: new FOV 1/32 Spitfire

I'm curious as to how 21st Century's upcoming 1/32 Spitfire will compare too FOV's Spitfire. The FOV Spitfire's weathering sure looks impressive while 21st does little, if any, weathering on their planes.

I'm sure the 21st 1:32 Spitfire will be much better then the FOV 1:32 Spitfire...
After all 21st did a outstanding job on their 1:18 Spit.

Re: new FOV 1/32 Spitfire

Anything will beat FOVs offering. It isn't just the oversized rivets, but the sectioned prop, and way oversized rear mirror that was turned around on the early issues and looked like a spotlight.

Re: new FOV 1/32 Spitfire

But the real question is how does she look next to the Corgi Spitfire?

It's there, just under the left wing.
