Visit to Target

Stopped by the local Target to see what was on the shelf. Other than two great old issues, the A6M2 Zero and the P-40A/B, it was zero, zip, zed. I was disappointed and ready to walk away when I thought about a new avaiation nut I recently met here in South Carolina. I showed him two of my 1:32 issues and he was really interested. That said, I bought the two FOVs and will give them to him. Who knows, he may become just as addicted as we already are. Anyone seen anything new & different at Target?

Re: Visit to Target

When I checked the other day, there was nothing out of the ordinary. Very disappointing.

Re: Visit to Target

I was in my local Target today as well and just the same 3 aircraft as before, the White Zero, Pearl Harbor P-40 and the Me-262. There was two large P-51's but I didn't bother as I don't collect that large of a scale.

Re: Visit to Target

Me 262, Zero, and the large P-51 sharkmouth. That's it--unless you are collecting models from CARS. New fresh 3-packs. I am so glad Eddie got the white Hurricane for me. Haven't seen it her in Fort Myers, Florida. But Eddie coudn't see it in Ohio if it were in front of his nose with the recent White-Out season. Good luck, Ohioans! (oops: Buckeyes....)

Re: Visit to Target

Same old...same old here as well! It would be around summertime before we'll see anything new.

Re: Visit to Target

I've seen nothing new at Target in my neck of the woods.

Re: Visit to Target

Just remembered, mine did have one item I had not seen before. They had a FOV landing craft, but that was about it.
