For those black hawk fans,

Care to share some informations or pictures of FOV's 1/48 series of Black hawks and Pave Hawks. and whats your take on them. I only have 1 1:72 black hawk here. and I realy need to dig those 1/48s out there. would prefer if they would release more variants in their 1:72 helicopter series. Thanks!

About 3 weeks back, I bought the FOV Black Hawk for around $14.95 at my local Target. It's is full of metal and I like it overall. Lots of detail and you can't touch the price.

Was planning here to put a separate display area for the 1/48s black hawks. Because Im realy impressed with my 1/72, although I never did saw a corgi black hawk which suppose to be better.

The 1/48 black hawk has huge rivets

Avoid the 1/48 version unless you loved the movie Titanic or you love old WW1 British tanks because those huge rivets on the 1/48 are reminiscent of both.

The 1/72 by FOV or Corgi are both nice although I have to give FOV the edge for weathering and small detail especially the flat finish. Good luck.

Thanks for the advises guys....I do noticed the huge rivets on their pictures, cant realy tell how they will look like in person.
