Re: Fov F-14

The main differences that I can tell right off the bat are the exposed hinged canopy on the FOV vs. the hidden hinges of the CW and the better detailing of the landing gear on the CW. Other than that (and the accessories), it looks the same to me!

Yeah I have an FOV and a CW... other than stated above, the only other difference I can see are two small round "plugs" in the upper intake recess area on the FOV. These do not appear on the CW. Are these plugs for screwheads on the FOV? Anyone know? Anyway, the CW looks more clean in this area -- also the canopy without the hinges on the CW looks better.

Re: Fov F-14

To me the biggest difference is the gun vents. Century has 2 different styles (wonder if they'll some day make the earliest style too so we can get early Wolfpack), while FOV has no gun vents at all!

Re: Fov F-14

Picked up my Black Aces model at RIAT.

Minor points aside it's a really nice model and was worth the wait.

Was a little unsure about the scheme when it was first advertised but it looks very smart in the flesh.

Well, I am looking to buy a f-14 so now that I have seen the fov one I just might lean towards it instead of the dragon one. But however I do like the century wings one a lot too so darn it I NEED HELP what one do you guys think is worth my money lol. By the way here is a pic of the fov bird.

Century Wings does'nt make this one yet....But if you have to have a VF-41 better pick FOV over the Dragon F-14..
Now if you can wait a few weeks the VF-111 is coming out....That baby is HOT..
