Question FOV at Target

I just came back from a big Target near Hilton Head Island and there was nary a sight of a FOV model, of any type, in the store. What's up? Anyone hear about FOV pulling out of Target? I was hoping to pick up their B-25.

Re: FOV at Target

Target did have a sale on these FOV toys last week and my store is all
out of FOV items right now too...They sold all of their Christmas stock and i did not see a B-25 or B-26 there either.
But i did see 2 different Blue Noser P-51D's and Spitfires in 1:32.
I don't think FOV is getting out of Target i know some of the BBI stuff will be leaving soon but not FOV.

Re: FOV at Target

Here is Southern California there are truckloads of the stuff. I surmise your local store is merely changing out their shelving and arrangements for spring. FOV will be back.

I've yet to see a B-25 or B-26 at Target. 1/32 fighters, yes, but not the bombers.

Anything for a weird life.

Nix on the B-25 & B-26 in east Texas Targets too. I was able to pickup the FOV P-40 at Target and did finally see one of the FOV Landing Craft.

Re: FOV at Target

In the days preceding and following X-mas, 1/72 scale FOV stuff got pretty low at the Target stores in my area. They have pretty well re-stocked their shelves. Not a lot of variety. One store seems to carry mostly the mine-roller Shermans, where another store has a lot of Challenger IIs and Abrams.

All stores seem to have a lot more German and Russian cavalry, which they didn't have much before X-mas.

None of the bombers have shown up yet either.

Re: FOV at Target

FOV 1:72 aircraft in the Atlanta area stores are hard to find now. I have seen a few 1:32 Mustangs and Spitfires. As far as the B-25 or B-26 the only ones I have seen are in the speciality hobby stores.

Re: FOV at Target

Since we didn't see the 1/72nd B-25/26 and 1/32nd P-39 last year at TARGET, there is still hope those may appear on the shelves this new year, so don't fret and you never know...stranger things have happened!
