1/72 FOV Blackhawk Helicopter

Anyone got this item yet? It's already out and I wonder if it's any good. I have the 1/48 blackhawk from Unimax as well, but I'm looking for the smaller version to go with my tomcats

The Corgi 1/72 Blackhawk is also excellent and available on eBay for very reasonable prices ...

Re: 1/72 FOV Blackhawk Helicopter

I pick up one of these yesterday and really like it. I had avoided the 1/48 FOV Blackhawk offering because
I thought the weathering and panel lines and such were overstated.

The 1/72 Blackhawk is really quite nice and at at price that is quite less than Corgi retail.
I would be interested in comparing this one and the Corgi one side but I do not forsee myself
paying for the Corgi one to do it.

Now, I am thinking about pulling out my DVD copy of Blackhawk down and watching it again for
the Jillionth time.

I chose FOV Blackhawk after looking at pictures of it and that of Corgi's. Should be receiving it end of the week and will post pictures when it arrives.

The Corgi 1/72 Blackhawk is still available from reputable eBay retailers at approx. $18 (or slightly more if you get in a bidding war).

How're the rivets in the 1/72 FOV blackhawk? I just noticed that the 1/48's rivets seem to pronounced.
Thanks

Re: 1/72 FOV Blackhawk Helicopter

Why is there such a difference between the shades of olive drab on the FOV Blackhawk and the Corgi Blackhawk?

Don't do what BDE tells you to do. Do what BDE would want you to do.
