Re: FOV 2007 Catalog NOW W/ PICS!!

If these new models are as well done as their P-40, then they will give the others a run for their money.

Yes, I agree!!! I have the FOV P-40 and love it. The engine detail is fantastic and for the the price, you can't beat it either for around $10-$12.00. Corgi's P-40's have NO detail for their engine, nor can you take off the panel. And their P-40's run from $25.00 and up. Unless you get their Warbirds version with gear up only and that still costs more than FOV's.

Thanks for the intel on these, Harry. I think I'll get both the B-26 and B-25!

Re: FOV 2007 Catalog NOW W/ PICS!!

Well after seeing the pictures Harry posted i really like the looks of that B-25 and the B-26 bombers.
These should be pretty good models since the last batch of fighters were good.
When are these due out Harry ?

Wow, the Skunk is being optimistic? Who is this, and what did you do with the real Stinky One? (Gort? Is that you?)

Pathetic, isn't it, Pappy?.....It was the end of a very long day and I was "out of it". I should know better than to post anything just before going to bed.....I'm better now.

Re: FOV 2007 Catalog NOW W/ PICS!!

Looks like I was wrong about FOV. I use to bust on them for making the same stuff as the others but a year behind. I will purchase a B-26 and a P-39 if they show up at target. I still like Corgi as my main diecast supplier. Of all the companies they seem to be the most accurate/least mistakes with paint schemes, paint shades, historical makings etc. More so then even Dragon, Hobby master, Gemini and Witty. Good job FOV.
Corgi's b-25 suits me fine. I have no need to look at another. I'm going to wait on the TBF Avenger. I'm only getting one so I'll decide between Corgi, Hobby Master and Dragon.

Re: FOV 2007 Catalog NOW W/ PICS!!

Harry,
Thanks for posting the intel. The B-26 is really exciting since no one else has a 1:72 scale planned.

If the bombers are as good as the P-40b/c they have out, then they will be a real winner.

That's great to hear that FOV is making the B-26 I will certainly get one as soon as they come out. I've always liked the B-26 for it's other nickname besides the Marauder

Re: FOV 2007 Catalog NOW W/ PICS!!

There are a ton of markings for them to do as well. Now it is time for an A-26, and a Helldiver.

I can take umbrage, I can take the cake, I can take the A-Train, I can take two and call me in the morning, but I cannot take this sitting down. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to take five.
