Zero

please if any of you can take some all around pictures of the Zero and give me your thoughts. This could be for me the Zero I have been longing for although Witty could be tough to beat.

Yes, I was wondering about that myself. Just recieved the Pearl Harbor P-40 along with the German Half track with side rockets last week and I love them both! The P-40 engine detail is second to none and for the price, you can't beat it. Especially when Corgi is raising their prices for 2007! Have to rethink all of this.

I'm sure it is i saw the P-40C and Me262 in Target while in L.A. a few weeks ago.
So i'm sure you can find them in selected stores.

Re: Zero

I guess noone here got one yet so I went on e-bay and picked one up for cheap along with a P-40. I will gladly give my thoughts on these when they arrive to any of you other prospective buyers and Zero lovers like myself.

I'm still looking for one of these. My local Target doesn't have them yet. Like you Louie, I'm thinking e-bay route. I already did the P-40C review - thought I'd let someone else do the Zero.

Re: Zero

On E-bay flipper67 or is it flipper1967 has Zeros and P-40's that's where I got mine. These are enthusiast versions and do not have retail peg holes and have larger packaging than regular releases. They are apparently more detailed and weathered. I scoured Targets before I finally figured it out. I got mine for $11.95 each a great buy! Good luck I am really excited considering the great job FOV did on the F-14's.

Re: Zero

just picked up the zero. intresting ( i need to get my camera from my daughter, then i'll post pics) Plus's are the one piece landing gear , and you have to put the cowling on ( two pieces )the engine detail is ok. The overall paint is intresting it show quite abit of detail without the overbearing dark lines like IXO. I do question the prop being white with black on the reverse side and the color of the cockpit it like a flourecent green. Oh ya it still has the three screw holes for shipping....

Re: Zero

I really like the Zero, if I can just find it. None of Targets by me have them.
