Little Lead Men (Little Metal Men)

Anyone here ever collect these 52mm figures? They were old Britains molds hand-painted by some fellow in the midwest. I used to buy from him pretty regularly, but had to drop out for a time. When I came back into collecting military miniatures, I found out he had passed away, and his wife had liquidated his stock and old molds. Someday, I would like to include pictures of the ones I did collect on my Web page.

Re: Little Lead Men (Little Metal Men)

If they were made of lead they probably wouldn't be allowed to be made anymore anyway.
Small children + small lead figures = possible heavy metal poisoning

Yeah, and I have a bad habit of putting things in my mouth....besides chewing on old window frames.

Somehow this doesn't surprise me and explains a lot!
