| Would a 1/32nd scaled figure fit a 1/35th cockpit? I'm toying around with this idea of displaying a 1/32nd scale pilot figure by placing it on a 1/35th scaled a/c. Scale-wise - there shouldn't be much of a difference between the two, and since humans come in different sizes, I wonder if this holds true for the two different scales mentioned above. What do you think..any opinions welcome? ![]() | |||||||||||||

| Re: Would a 1/32nd scaled figure fit a 1/35th cockpit? There is a noticeable difference in the size of 1/32 and 1/35 figures (the 1/35 looks like the little brother of a 1/32 figure), but if displayed by itself (without other figures) it may not be noticeable.. | |||||||||||||

| Re: Would a 1/32nd scaled figure fit a 1/35th cockpit? It might be a tight fit...If I did the math right, and assuming the figure was modeled after someone 6 feet tall, the 1/32nd figure would be about 2.25 inches tall versus 2.05 for the 1/35th figure. I think 6 feet is the standard since the 1/18th 21st Century Figure I'm using as a control is about 4 inches tall. There again, does it look good to you? If so, rock and roll. | |||||||||||||

Oh c'mon, fly! Do tell! How and when??!! And why would you take that beautiful, authentic, realistic likeness of Preddy and put it in a gappy, factory fresh, anorexic-landing geared, incorrectly-hinged flapped, non-riveted Mustang?

Just recently pulled the trigger to order it, and when it arrives I'm gonna hand it over to my brother who's a superb graphic artist and painter!
