You can see painted sets at an web shop ' On Track' but I checked it out a minute ago and it has no painted pilots. I know that you can get them, or used to get them because I have a set of 6 which I picked up on ebay 3 months ago.

These are for The Luftwaffe. Includes : a mechanic; pilot seated on deckchair;officer in dress blue uniform; pilot, full kit ready for cockpit;groundsman checking aircraft and pilot checking?

It has great pictures. The On Line site has brilliant pictures of hundreds of Preiser sets. You'll have to do some spade work to track down the pilot set which is painted to a high standard. It is out there....but where????

Dear Planenuts,

Try this site. They have Luftwaffe ground crews and Pilots, painted. They do not seem to have the set which I have acquired, but the figures look great and would animate a diorama or scenario of a plane at rest. It's what you need to make planes come to life.
