Worthy Ultraman figurine/action figure

Check this out
SAIYUDO Co. Ltd.

Go to 'products' then 'SRC' but the above link should point you directly to their first volume(release) product.

They released their first product not too long ago: Ultraman Type A and B high-end action figures. They both come in one transparent plastic box.
The good news is since this company is a newcomer they put a modest price on their high quality first release product.

I'm not a big fan of Ultraman movies but I fell for the quality of these action figures. I finally decided to get one when my hobby shop is having a closing down sale. They're moving out from the mall.
I can easily bet that Saiyudo's prices are going to increase. Today I bought their first volume at US$20.00 which is a bargain considering I'm getting not just one but two high quality super posable Ultraman action figures.

For you Ultraman lovers this is a must imo. Mind you these are not the standard movie Ultraman figures but these Ultraman have been working out and on a full blown steroids.
Heck I decided to post some pictures directly instead

Their eyes glow green in the dark. Kinda eerie in a very cool way. Kinda remind me of X-files..those short alien fellas with big oval black eyes. But this one is green instead.

Type A(The first Ultraman ever 1966)

Type B(Next generation?)

If you judge from the movie pictures type B is prettier than type A obviously(Type A was filmed in 1966) but Saiyudo has made it so that my favorite of the two is actually Type A. I found these two to be a good buy considering the modest price and quality you get. The box does stated: Adult collection. Not a toy.

For you who don't know what or who Ultraman is, well he's a 200 foot(err I think?) hero whose origin is outer space and he battles equally giant monsters on earth. I think he's created by the same creator of Godzilla though Godzilla came first. So yep it's a Japanese origin hero. I can't say much since I'm not a big fan of the series but this one product is hard to be passed up.

Just thought some of you might be interested.

Re: Worthy Ultraman figurine/action figure

Well I just watched the first two episodes of Ultraman Seven X which debut in Oct 2007 in Japan. Each Episode is approximately half an hour and they are awful...well at least the first two episodes are.

Probably the worst serial film I've ever watched....simply unforgettable.....traumatizing. There I said it.

Maybe it's just me?

Here's a little excerpts from the DVD case: The show first aired on October 5, 2007 at 2.15AM on CBC and 2.25AM on TBS.

Now I know why now I know why...

I'm thinking to scratch the DVD to get another title instead for replacement.........there's hardly any fight. It was over too soon. Strange depressing story line....don't get me wrong the Ultraman looks great. But that's the only good thing abt the show.

I finally watched all first four episodes and afterwards I just had to watch my old Kamen Rider Black DVD to find solace. Now that is figthing sequences.
