Re: Dragon's 1/6th scale RAF fighter pilot

Well theres no such rank as "Flight Officer" its Flying Officer or Flight Lt. the rank shown is Flying Officer which as shown on the cuffs ,this is wrong as the uniform the figure is wearing, the "battledress "type had the rank on epaulettes. The SD cap looks nothing like it should and would be better off burnt infact the whole figure should be burnt its that bad.

This is what an RAF SD cap should look like

Yes, I totally agree with you on all points made about this figure. The same observations were made by knowledgeable folks at the 1/6 figure forum I visit. This is yet another good example of
Dragon's sorry research efforts (and lack thereof) so painfully evident. Too bad as I'm really wanting to have this figure in my aviator figure collections. Very very disappointed!

Dragon spends all that money to put out a product that's not right ?
You would think they research it a little more before putting it out.
I knew right off that the RAF cap was wrong.

Dragons problem with figures is if its not Nazi they dont care .They run their own forum and if anyone dares to say that something is wrong with a figure they are suspended or banned, a little Hitler who calls himself "Oberst " is the mod and its "Dragon is right " no matter what and do not criticise the mighty Dragon..

Oberst is a "shill" for Dragon products through and through! What really ticks me off is that they will release this crappy figure thru Cyber-Robme Exclusive: a site fraught with poor customer service!!! And they want a $65 pricetag for this figure as well. "I DON'T THINK SO"!!!!

And I think that attitude is so pervasive at Dragon that anything non-Nazi is starting to look Nazi. My first impression on seeing the pic above was that the cap and face look distinctly German!
