I stumbled on these while looking for some misc items.

(US59117) Sqn. Ldr. Douglas Bader, RAF World War II Fighter Ace

I just discovered these today and I'm really wanting to purchase these figurines. I'd like to hear thoughts from those who already have these. Are they worth getting? I appreciate your inputs. Thanks in advance.

I've got the Bud Anderson figurine, which I have displayed with my 1:72 357th FG models. To me, the figure adds interest to the display.

I'm not going to collect these on-going, but might possibly add one or two others to complement my aircraft displays.

I would also be able to strongly recommend the Battle of Britain 'Scramble Set', especially if you have any BoB 1/32 Spitfires or Hurricanes . These figures are of a far higher quality (superior detail) than those you find with any of the 'Flight Line Collection' models .

Thanks to all who responded with your inputs. Cardo, yeah I've given some thoughts about buying the BoB "Scramble Set" you mention, but for the time being....I'll go ahead and purchase the single ones for now.

I agree with you on that.
My buddy has the set and it's very nice and i was even thinking of getting a set as well.
