Easy Model Expands Its FW-190A Lineup

When that big Easy Model catalog for 2007-2008 came out a while ago, I noticed that the artwork for several of the five FW-190s they listed looked rather impressionistic. I see, now, in those little booklets that are included in the ME-163 packaging, that Easy Model is planning no less than ten FW-190As, including the A-6 and A-8 variants. In addition, they seem to have a much better fix on what some of these models will actually look like. For, example, on page 11, their A-8 pictures show the famous Red 19 from 5.JG/300, as well as Willy Maximowitz's Red 8 mount. Also, on page 19, they present two FWs with nice checkerboard cowling schemes, one of which I recently did as a dragon repaint, plus three of those creatively painted Russian Front birds. looks like I may have to reconsider my earlier decision to pass on these models.
