Re: New Easy models

Great close up shots of the new Zeros, good looking models too. Drop tank might be right. I have a reference that depicts A6M5C with four point support drop tank. Same reference has picture of what looks to be one of these models (Top picture) and is equipped with this type drop tank. Not sure if the other models were equipped with this type tank, but the one maybe correctly modeled.

Brewster Buffalo, Hawk 75A, Fokker D.XXI, Polikarpov I-16, Fiat G.50, Macchi C. 200, PZL P.11c, Fieseler Fi 156 Storch ,,,, now those are real planes.

Re: New Easy models

Gotta admit, if I didn’t already own Dragon Wing’s Zeros, I’d likely pop for these. For me, Easy Model makes incredibly credible replicas. I really like that silver Zero.

Nice, I didn't realize the Japanese had changed the drop tanks on the Zero, probably to make them more "dropable"...

The picture does show it, but the drawings I have depict the fins at the rear of the drop tank. Looks like someone at Easy Models did their homework on this one.
