Potential paint schemes for EI P-51B

Here are some of the custom schemes painted on EI's P-51s.
(sorry about the poor pic quality as some of these were taken quickly in my kitchen)

Preddy's "Cripes a Mighty"

Anderson's "Old Crow"

Yeager's "Glamorous Glenn"

Eckfeldt's "Bald Eagle"

Whisner's "Princess Elizabeth"

Re: Potential paint schemes for EI P-51B

Harry, beautiful builds, beautiful models. Thanks for posting the pics. While I love Cripes, it doesn't offer as much variety to the EI line-up as OC. We already have one blue-noser in partial invasion stripes with Malcom Hood. I believe OC is a better choice.

Pretty, but overly similar to Patty Ann - Old Crow with invasion stripes would be truly unique and a fitting testament to the 1/48 EI P51 casting ...

Nope it's better then Patty Ann because Harry used the correct color blue for the "Cripes A Mighty" P-51B....
Don't worry i voted for Old Crow with the stripes..

I like the "Bald Eagle" the best. Impressive work you did with these models.

Brewster Buffalo, Hawk 75A, Fokker D.XXI, Polikarpov I-16, Fiat G.50, Macchi C. 200, PZL P.11c, Fieseler Fi 156 Storch ,,,, now those are real planes.
