Re: The dope on the Texan

I have four of the T-6's ordered, and just waiting for the release of the P-47. Remember that the P-61 and A-26 are on the drawing board as well.

Do counting, chicks, eggs, and hatching have any meaning in relation to EI's future plans?

Re: The dope on the Texan

As I've mentioned before I am a P-47 nut. When it comes to allied aircraft I love the P-51 and Spit. Beautiful, beautiful aircraft. The Thunderbolt, however, was simply an instrument of war. Fast enough, long enough legs, punishing firepower and (most importantly) could take a punch and a pretty bird in its own right imho. I cannot wait for EI's release. I just ordered my first EI aircraft - I don't know what took me so long - but due to my preference for 1/48 and the recommendations of my friends on the board I see several on my horizon. Nothing is more anticipated than getting my hands on - without permission from the Mrs - a couple of good sized Jugs.

I know, I read Mark's posts; however, plans may change (as was the case with EI's plans for the Fw-190D).
