Hey mikeb 1958, my wife makes extra money on the side with beads by making jewlery, she makes a fair amount at it. Maybe you wife can do this for her second job and you can afford that nice big german gun!

Re: Hollyyyyy Mollyyyy !!!!!!

Awesome model, the Dora. HUGE!!! I tend to agree with FVD. There are lots of tanks that could have been done that would probably appeal to a wider audience.

Re: Hollyyyyy Mollyyyy !!!!!!

I Paid 100 euros for a Corgi 1/72 Ju-88, so 100 dollars is a bargain for a model that size.

And please dont talk to me of the quantity of metal.I appreciate detail more than weight...

Yes, ZS-VAN, but now that I've seen the rather reasonable price ($99.00), I think it's not so bad after all that they did this one, for shear originality. I thought for sure this would command a much higher price.

I still stand by my opinion that other subjects would have been more popular/more needed, but I guess we'll see. Maybe they know something I don't...

Re: Hollyyyyy Mollyyyy !!!!!!

Well, I named a few in my earlier post. Do you not agree? Of course, this is a matter of personal preferrence, so I won't argue against anyone wanting this one really bad, but I just thought there are still many missing WW II 1/35 diecast tanks on the market that would definitely be more historically significant.

Still, a very cool model.
