There's a pretty complete database listing what manufacturers make what listed below. It's broken down by nationality and vehicle type.

Brewster Buffalo, Hawk 75A, Fokker D.XXI, Polikarpov I-16, Fiat G.50, Macchi C. 200, PZL P.11c, Fieseler Fi 156 Storch ,,,, now those are real planes.

Rob,

Welcome to the Forum. This is a great forum and certainly the one place I check for useful info. Dragon and Hobby Master are very, very good. I'm sure all your tank interests will be met with these two manufacturers. In my opinion, these are the 2 best for 1/72 armor, although Admiral and Easy Models are certainly noteworthy. Not much metal, but very good detail. Welcome!
